My Maternity Updated.... Enjoy....

As of a couple days ago I am officially on maternity leave! The boys are out for the summer and Hubby is working harder than ever before seems like. It has definitely been a lot harder to get back into the swing of things as far as being a Stay at Home Mom again. One reason of course is I'm carrying an almost 8 lb basketball belly in front of me everywhere I go these days. In my mind I'm moving around in full speed. I mean I have my fast walk going on and everything but I've realized I've only been deceiving myself because I'm actually moving at a snail's pace! Couple that with the many breaks to catch my breath and the other many breaks to break up fights and arguments the boys get themselves into and I really only complete about two tasks a day! Lmbo not a lot of progress to some but that is an accomplishment to just finish something!
Along side getting into the swing of being at home I'm also getting a little anxious about when Baby JV will actually arrive  I mean my due date isn't for another week but with my progressive dilation from week to week I have been secretly wishing for him to come before that. Well, probably not as secret as I think but still. My contractions are getting more intense from day to day but still only occurring two to three times daily which probably isn't enough to bring on active labor. I've been earnestly expecting the presence of this darn mucous plug, gross I know! Every trip to the potty, as many as there are, I've been on the look out but no sight of it as of yet. For me I'm feeling like if I see that then baby is on thee way! Unless of course my water breaks than that's a whole nother ball game. So many emotions about my water breaking geez Louise! I've only had one occasion of spontaneous water breaking out my three pregnancies. It's actually a funny story I like to tell, it happened 5 in the morning with my second pregnancy. I thought I had to use the bathroom so I tried to roll out of bed when I heard this pop and felt water going every where. My bed was soaked! I wake Hubby to tell him finally get out of bed and head down the hall to the bathroom a trail of water following, I wake the whole house up. Hubby comes slipping and sliding down the hall trying to get to me because in my mind I just had to take a shower to clean myself up. Finally we are ready to head out the door, everyone right behind each other with their tote bags of snacks and activities. At the door Hubby says, "why are my feet cold and wet?!" We all look down to see that he is on his way out of the door without his shoes! We burst into laughter as he runs back into the house to retrieve his shoes. He doesn't always like when I tell that story but I think it's the cutest story ever of an anxious and proud dad ready to get to the hospital to see his baby son born into the world.
I have no idea how his round will go if my water will break if they will have to break it, will it break while I'm home all over my carpet or while I'm at church all over that carpet smh at least I won't be at work messing up the company furniture and having all eyes on me in shear panic and/or terror, lol.
When ever and how ever the time comes I'll be ready it's been a long 38-40weeks and I'm so ready to hold my lil munchkin!
His posse is ready for him to join us all!

Until next time folks!
