Crowns Galore

May 2015 will mark 7 years of marriage for Hubby and I and we are excited to have 7 years under our belts! It has been and continues to be a long road and process with many ups and many downs. We have tested the content of our vows, the written and the spoken ones to a full extent and yet we are still as happy as can be. We were talking the other night when we realized the 7th year is quickly approaching and we agreed that we should examine and evaluate our marriage. I feel like there should be times in your life and your marriage where you look at the big picture and evaluate what is working and what is not working, what needs to change and what should stay the same and to be absolutely and completely honest and truthful with each other and more importantly yourself about it all. With school now in session for almost a month now, you would  think that my boys would be good and settled into their morning routine right? Well, apparently not! It seems as if 3 out of 5 days of the school week we have to have a reminder of what it is they are supposed to do: Wake up Make up the bed Shower Put on uniforms, socks and shoes Eat breakfast Grab back packs and head out Simple right? I thought so. Some how or another something gets lost in translation and the routine goes to pieces and this is when Mean Mommy has to show up and show out.
